I'm so happy about how karaoke came out! Everyone was really good, and some of the acts were so funny. I'm going to work on your awards this week inbetween doing my homework, and my prefect duties. Rest assure, I'll have them done by the weekend, I promise!
This being said, I was thinking we could do something for Halloween, maybe a fancy dress party all the houses could attend! My activities could help me secure a spot as head girl next year, no one cares about this school as much as me. I'm going to write up a proposal and see if the headmaster will approve it.
I'm really glad that everyone had a good time! and those who have something negative to say can suck it.

Karaoke countdown: One week, one day.
-Ordered rented karaoke machine, will be here Wednesday.
-House elves have a snack and beverage list.
-Have my songs that I'm going to sing, Defying Gravity alone. Elton John/Kiki Dee, Don't go breaking my Heart with Jordy.
-Have my outfit picked out.
-Will have sign up sheet out by Thursday to know what songs to program in.
I think I really have a handle on things, and am SO EXCITED about karaoke! Is everyone else excited? It's going to be brill, and I would love if everyone comes! If this goes well, I'm thinking bowling for our next activity!

We should plan something fun that's school wide. I was thinking about this on rounds, because it's where I do my best thinking. And not a ball, those are boring. I'm talking fun stuff. Bowling, karaoke, anything. I love karaoke, it's fun watching people you know sing badly. Or sing wonderfully, I mean, you never know what you're going to get really.
It's something to think about yeah?

It's nice to be back yeah? The hols are well and fine, but it's just nice to be back into a routine really. The bedrooms are more bumble-beeish than I remember.
I have rounds tonight, and I look forward to them because it's nice to patrol the castle when everyone is in their common rooms. The castle seems so big, and peaceful when there's less of us running about. I really hope I have them with someone fun though, because rounds with a boring person makes them seem to go by in ages.
So, cheers to a new year, I just know it will be a brill one!

OK! I think I might be one of the only people saying this, but I am SO ready to go back to school! Being home is boring. I mean, besides the two timing newspaper thief, I haven't had anything to gossip seriously talk about. And I have loads to tell Nadia, and Tracey, and Katryn, and everyone about. And randomly, I really miss the Hogwarts food, like, all the choices. Mum made some really nasty stuff lately. I like having all those choices.
So yeah. I'm really excited about everything.

I've been spying on my neighbour. She's terribly interesting, seeing two men on the sly. And she steals our newspaper as well. If she doesn't stop, it puts da in a terrible strop, I'm going to leave an anon note for her two beaus, so they know what a stealing little slag she is. I'm rather excited at the prospect. You just shouldn't steal really.
Other than that, it's been just a terribly boring summer. Mum has a whole list of things we have to accomplish everyday while she's away at work. I feel like my arms about to fall off really. It's unfortunate, I mean, if we just got one of those house elf things, no one would have to do the work. I've made Rupert do the most, he's a boy, and if you can't bully your younger sibling, who can you bully into things?
I'm going to that save the dragons shindig thing. It could be a lot of fun, and it's a decent cause. Dragons have feelings too, even though they're beasts.
